Print mixing, Metallic and Color are three elements I am in love with for FALL. 

I really loved the Altuzarra Spring 2017 Collection for the bold print mixing, especially how they incorporated the snake print. 

The Jeweled Cherry Motif I adore along with the gingham, unexpected parings which make it ultra fresh to me.

The snake print has been chic since the 1970's. Cher has always been a style icon. Her look head-to-toe would be perfection for Fall 2016 for me.

Grab this amazing trench coat (On SALE) at Macy's a great snake print. Style it with a gingham shirt or a printed belt. Maybe even a little cherry motif!

September is here and another new season is on the horizon. Because of my current geographical location in California I can honestly say my closet functions on a completely "seasonless" basis. I am Canadian born and raised so wearing a t-shirt in January in California is NOT "winter" to me. As the sun sets on summer many of you are starting a transition from a summer to fall wardrobe and color pallet.

This dress is my FAVORITE transitional piece:

The gorgeous ruffled dress boasts the mustard and earth tones of fall but the sheer lightness and metallic's of summer. The silk midi-length dress has the most exquisite print, micro pleating and tiered ruffled skirt (lined). The garment is so light it is like dancing on air. It comes with a matching fabric belt as well and gold metallic threading throughout.

Drape that Cape: Transition to Fall

Burberry Prorsum F/W 2014 ($1395)

I love that capes are back and ready for FALL 2014. Don't even wait to get fall ready and start making the transition. This Burberry Prorsum "blanket" cape/poncho as seen on Olivia Polermo (below) is a PERFECT transitional piece. As the evenings get cooler no better time to drape the cape. It is also a versatile piece as shown on the runway draped over a sheer dress, on the street over shorts and a Vintage version in my studio with distressed denim.

 My Vintage Version VIA Evolution Vintage in similar tones and a great drape. The cape has a cool scarf attached to wrap around your neck or shoulder. Fall is upon us. As we enter September we are reminded that it is soon time to break out the FALL FASHION! I am slowly but surely making my way though the stack of September issues and came across this AD for HUE - Opaque Tights. 

It reminded me of the VOGUE editorial  pictured above and my on-again/off-again love affair with the "Matchy Matchy"

 I LOVE a bold pop of colour for Fall in a tight or legging. 

I honestly cannot pick a favourite.
